All of our bookings systems including online check-in will be available for your use as normal. Original Article: Royal Caribbean has sent out an email to travel agents letting them know of a planned outage to their reservation system that will affect online check-in, reservations, pre-cruise planner, and more for the next two days.
The following is the message sent to travel agents by the cruise line warning them of the planned outage.
“Due to Hurricane Irma, we need to take our reservations system offline to avoid any potential issues when the storm hits our facilities in South Florida. Our website, Online Check-in, Pre-Cruise Planner, Espresso and Reservation Systems will not be available starting on Midnight Saturday evening. We expect the systems to be operational late on Sunday after the storm has passed.
Please be advised that if you have a deposit or payment due for your upcoming cruise during the down time, we are extending your payment due date to Tuesday, September 12th.
