This special giveaway will start today (July 11) and run for two different promotional periods this summer. Each night, a Wheel Watcher’s Club SPIN ID number is revealed as the winner of a $5,000 prize, if the member verifies within 24 hours.

During two promotional periods — July 11 through Aug. 12, and Aug. 22 through Sept. 9, — “$5K Every Day” winners will also receive a four-day Carnival cruise to Mexico, along with the cash prize. To be eligible for the Carnival-enhanced “$5K Every Day” promotion, Wheel of Fortune viewers must register for the Wheel Watchers Club by Aug. 1.  Registration is free and can be done by clicking on this link.

The cruise giveaway continues the year-long partnership between Carnival Cruise Line and International Game Technology (IGT) to promote the 20th anniversary of the IGT Wheel of Fortune® slot machines, featured aboard all Carnival ships and in casinos worldwide.  The World’s Most Popular Cruise Line® and the world’s leading end-to-end gaming company have been rewarding players with free cruises and a variety of exciting giveaways throughout 2016. The brands also partnered with Wheel of Fortune on a first-ever Carnival-themed week earlier this year that featured an exciting viewer sweepstakes.

Carnival is also hosting a number of Wheel of Fortune-themed events across the ships in fleet that include special branded items and on-board activities and games every sailing, including the popular Wheel of Fortune scratch-off game where guests can win up to $30,000.  Additionally, each sailing will feature a Wheel of Fortune prize wheel offering everything from Carnival logo items and Casino Cash to entry into the $200,000 Spin N Sail slot tournament.

Wheel of Fortune Executive Producer, Harry Friedman, gave the following statement:

“We’re delighted to partner with Carnival Cruise Line on this fun promotion that rewards our loyal Wheel Watchers Club members with thousands of dollars in cash prizes and free Carnival cruises to Mexico just for watching Wheel of Fortune.”

During 2016, Carnival and IGT’s partner casinos will give away hundreds of free cruises for the Spin N Sail slot tournament aboard an eight-day Carnival Magic voyage departing in November 2016, featuring a $200,000 prize pool, provided by IGT, and a $100,000 grand prize.

Introduced back in 1996, Wheel of Fortune slot machines have become a passenger favorite in shipboard casinos, including all 25 Carnival Cruise Line vessels, as well as in casinos on land. IGT has placed more than 200 versions of Wheel of Fortune slots in casinos around the world, and the game has awarded $3 billion in jackpots and minted 1,000 millionaires.
