Disney Cruise Line has announced that they will be bringing the epic adventures of legendary Super Heroes and Super Villains from Marvel Universe to select cruises next fall.
Marvel Day at Sea will be a day long event on Disney Magic on select Fall sailings in 2017. During this special day, guests on board will enjoy the following:
- Deck party featuring dancing, fireworks, and the largest collection of Marvel Super Heroes ever assembled on a ship.
- Photo ops with Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, and Spider-Man.
- Marvel movie marathon including the newest Marvel Studios blockbuster inside the Walt Disney Theatre.
- Funnel Vision screenings of the latest Marvel TV animated series.
- Costume celebration in the ship’s Atrium.
- Surprise appearances throughout the ship.
- Themed food and beverages.
- Exclusive merchandise and collectibles.
Disney Cruise Line’s website states that Marvel Day at Sea will be “A heroic celebration of the Marvel Universe—is a one-day extravaganza available on select sailings from New York in October and November of 2017. For the remainder of your voyage, look forward to a thrilling itinerary of entertainment and activities—from Broadway-style shows and innovative dining to immersive Port Adventure.”
Disney’s Marvel Day at Sea will be featured on the following Disney Magic sailings:
- October 6, 2017 – 8 night Halloween cruise from New York to the Bahamas
- October 14 & 28, 2017 – 7 night Halloween cruises from New York to the Bahamas
- October 21, 2017 – 7 night Halloween cruise from New York to Canada & New England
- November 4, 2017 – 7 night cruise from New York to the Bahamas
- November 11, 2017 – 7 night Very Merrytime cruise from New York to the Bahamas
- November 18, 2017 – 8 night Very Merrytime cruise from New York to the Bahamas
