Norwegian Cruise Line has canceled 41 cruises on two cruise ships due to fleet redeployments.

The canceled cruises were scheduled to depart from November 2026 through March 2027. Norwegian sent a letter to travel agents notifying them of the cancelations.
Norwegian Cruise Line is redeploying Norwegian Breakaway and Norwegian Prima in late 2026. The following cruises have been canceled:
- Norwegian Breakaway: November 8, 2026 through March 28, 2027
- Norwegian Prima: November 15, 2026 through March 28, 2027

Norwegian Breakaway was scheduled to sail from San Juan, Puerto Rico during this time offering cruises to the Southern Caribbean.
Norwegian Prima was scheduled to sail from New Orleans on seven-night cruises to the Western Caribbean.
Now, Norwegian Breakaway will sail from New Orleans and Norwegian Prima will sail from San Juan, Puerto Rico. The itineraries will remain the same, just on different ships.
These new cruises will be available to book on August 8, 2025.
Norwegian is giving all guests who were booked on one of these 41 cruises a full refund and 10% Future Cruise Credit to use on another sailing.
For reservations paid via a Future Cruise Credit, 100% of the FCC will be automatically re-applied to Latitudes accounts within 10 days of cancelation.
The letter that NCL sent out to travel agents said the following:
“A full monetary refund of the fare paid will be automatically returned to the form of payment provided at the time of the reservation. In addition, we will be extending a 10% discount in the form of a Future Cruise Credit (FCC).”
