New Dining Experiences Coming to Carnival Cruise Line

Carnival continues to revamp their brand and image and is rolling out a new dining room experience and menu.  There will be two different concepts rolled out beginning with the Carnival Glory on December 8, 2013 and will be fleet wide by the second half of 2014 and first half of 2015.

The concepts were developed after spending time with the Union Square Hospitality Group of New York.  The concepts are the American Feast for cruise elegant nights (formal) and American Table for the cruise casual nights.

The American Feast was designed to create a more elegant feel with courses being served table side.  The American Table will feature a more modern restaurant experience and feature new table decor and menus.  The emphasis will be on American cuisine featuring regional, fresh and contemporary dishes.

After the Glory, the 2nd cruise ship to receive this new dining concept will be the Carnival Liberty in January.  In February, the Inspiration and the Imagination will be added and slowing rolling out to the rest of the fleet by early 2015.
