One of Royal Caribbean’s former cruise ships that spent 28 years sailing with the world’s largest cruise line is currently for sale.

Majesty of the Seas sailed with Royal Caribbean from April 1992 until March 2020. However, at least two different times while the ship sailed with Royal Caribbean, the cruise line made plans to move the ship to a sister line in Europe. The vessel was finally taken out of Royal Caribbean’s fleet in late 2020 during the cruise shutdown.
Royal Caribbean sold the ship to Seajets, a Greek ferry company that operates a total of 29 vessels. Seajets renamed the ship to Majesty.
The nearly 74,000 gross ton cruise ship, which carries a maximum of 2,767 passengers, is currently for sale on YachtWorld’s website for $40 million.

The listing describes the 13-deck ship as last refurbished in 2016 and having the following features:
- Two swimming pools
- Four hot tubs
- Basketball court
- Rock climbing wall
- Casino
- Show theater
- Spa & Salon
- Disco
- Kids Center
- Multiple dining venues
You can take a video tour below of the ship from when it sailed with Royal Caribbean.
Majesty of the Seas was the final Sovereign-class ship from Royal Caribbean and remains the only one that has yet to be scrapped.
