There’s nothing like a Christmas Day feast, and if you plan on being on a Carnival Cruise Line ship on December 25th, the special menu for the big day has been released.
Carnival Cruise Line has revealed the menu for its special Christmas Gala Dinner, to be served on all ships sailing from North America on Christmas Day. The menu blends traditional holiday favorites with a selection of various menu choices cruisers have come to love.
Appetizers and Starters
The meal begins with a choice of two festive appetizers. The Baked Brie features warm brie topped with a spiced pear, cranberry, fig, and pecan crumble, served with olive crostini. A more savory option is the Wild Mushroom Soup En Croûte, an earthy mushroom and cream soup encased in a buttery puff pastry crust.
Entrées
The main course section provides a balance of classic holiday food and other popular choices:
- Roasted Tom Turkey: The traditional Christmas entree, served with sage stuffing, sweet potato casserole, green beans, giblet gravy, and cranberry relish.
- Maple Glazed Pork Tenderloin: Roasted pork tenderloin with apple compote, creamed Brussels sprouts, and sweet potato gratin.
- Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli: The vegetarian option, served with pumpkin and tomato cream sauce, toasted breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and sage.

Guests can also choose from a selection of steakhouse favorites, which carry a $25 surcharge (a $5 surcharge applies to a third or more entrées):

- New York Strip Steak (14 oz.)
