Where does it state that Celebrity perks are ‘free’? You can choose Sail, Sail Plus, Sail All Included. No perks is Sail (lowest rate), while Sail Plus is 2 of the 4, and Sail All is all 4. With each choice, the price increases. Hardly ‘free’, nor stated that they are. Please elaborate.
