Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises have extended their Cruise with Confidence policy that allows you to cancel your sailing up until 48 hours before you sail.
Originally announced on March 6, 2020, Royal Caribbean’s Cruise with Confidence program provides you with the reassurance necessary to confidently book a cruise during these uncertain times. The unique options are guaranteed to fit your specific needs and now, you have until September 30, 2020 to take advantage. For eligibility, reservations must be an active booking (not previously cancelled) with no other cancellation offers previously accepted.
You now have until September 30th, 2020 to select the Cruise with Confidence option (or final payment, whichever comes first). The three options are:
The LIFT & SHIFT option is for those wishing to move their cruise vacation to next year, while protecting the original cruise fare and promotion. Select next year’s sailing on the same itinerary type, sailing length, stateroom category, and within the same 4-week window of the original cruise date and you are all set.
GREATER FLEXIBILITY for guests, they can cancel or change their cruise up to 48 hours prior to sailing. Refunds will be issued as a 100% FCC; bookings must be paid in full.
OUR BEST PRICE GUARANTEE allows guests to change their price and/or their chosen promotion up to 48 hours prior to cruise. Refunds issued as an OBC inside final payment.
Royal Caribbean’s Cruise with Confidence policy includes all sailings through April 2022 (excluding Chartered sailings) for guests booked on-or-before September 30, 2020.
