Norwegian Raises Price of Ultimate Beverage Package

Norwegian Cruise Line has raised the price on their Ultimate Beverage Package effective September 29, 2017.

Norwegian’s Ultimate Beverage Package will now cost $89 per day plus 18% gratuity ($105.02). This is an increase of $10 per day.  This increase will apply to all pre-orders and onboard purchases.  All bookings with existing pre-purchased Ultimate Beverage Package will be protected that the earlier rate.

The soda packages, non-alcoholic kids package, and teen packages will remain at the current prices.

Norwegian’s Ultimate Beverage Package includes a variety of spirits, cocktails, wines by the glass and bottled or draft beer up to and including $15 USD and unlimited fountain soda and juices at all bars, lounges, restaurants and the Great Stirrup Cay. A 20% discount will be applied to all bottles of wine purchased on board.

The package must be purchased for the entire cruise as well as all guests staying within the same stateroom, additional stateroom, adjoining stateroom or travel with. Individuals under the age of 21 will be required to purchase the Soda Program.

The Ultimate Beverage Package does not include room service, package sales, ship specific promotions or beer buckets, designated Super Premium brands (subject to change), bottled wine, mini bar purchases, bottled water, fresh squeezed juices, select Lavazza coffee beverages, energy drinks, vending machines, wine stations or spirits, cocktails, draft or bottled beer and glasses of wine over $15 USD. One beverage per person per transaction. Package can be used in all restaurants, lounges, bars and Great Stirrup Cay.

Any items over $15 USD will receive a $15 USD discount and the guest will be charged the difference to their account. Ultimate Beverage Package is not available for purchase on charters, sailings that are two (2) days or less, the Pride of America or Harvest Caye.

  1. Sorry, but anyone that can drink $105 worth of alcohol in ONE DAY are the kind of people I don’t want to sail with! Do the math…$105 X 7 (days) is $735! That is like paying another cruise fare! Good job NCL…you raise the price yet not the amenities.
