Hurricane Maria, currently a Category 1 hurricane with maximum sustained winds of 80 mph, has forced Carnival Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean to alter cruise itineraries in the Eastern Caribbean.
Changes made by Carnival Cruise Line:
Carnival Glory – September 16
Departed on Saturday and will now operate a cruise to Ocho Rios, Grand Cayman, Roatan and Cozumel.
Carnival Magic – September 16
Departed on Saturday and will now operate a cruise to Amber Cove, Montego Bay, Grand Cayman and Cozumel.
Carnival Fascination– September 17
Departing on Sunday and will now operate a cruise to Grenada, Barbados, St. Lucia, Antigua and St. Kitts.
Changes made by Royal Caribbean:
Allure of the Seas – September 17
Allure of the Seas will bypass port stops in San Juan and St. Kitts and now stop in Nassau, Bahamas; Falmouth, Jamaica; and Labadee, Haiti.
These are currently the only cruise itineraries that have been modified due to Hurricane Maria. If any other cruises are altered, this page will be updated with the latest information.

IS THE RC Adventures of the Sea cancelled due to puerto rico? WHY HAVENT THEY cancelled? Airport is closed so no one can fly in or out. There’s no way to get there, and there’s no power.
Why would RC not cancel?
We are suppose to leave for a cruise September 21st. Was wondering if it was still on or cancelled. We are suppose to leave from Mami to Cozumel Its a 5 day cruise
We are currently on the Carnival Magic. We were looking forward to the original ports but the altered route is good too. Safety first…?
