Virgin Voyages, the most anticipated new cruise line in years, has released a few renderings of some of the public spaces on their first, adults only cruise ship.
Virgin’s first cruise ship (currently unnamed), will debut in 2020 and sail to the Caribbean from PortMiami. While almost everything about this cruise ship has remained secretive, Virgin Voyages has finally opened the door on what will be one incredible cruise ship. Here is what we know so far.
There will be a VIP Deck (rendering below) that is being designed by Tom Dixon.
The Athletic Club will feature an innovative raised jogging track that seems to float above the ship, rendered in an eye-catching shade of Virgin signature red. A massively unexpected catamaran-inspired net for people watching is also featured here, for lounging above it all. It’s the perfect cross section of athletic meets relaxation meets socializing. After all, what’s better than having a walk or run and breathe fresh ocean air?
The Dock will be an outdoor lifestyle space with a focus on comfort, social life and an appreciation for the ship’s gorgeous views.
The Manor will be a nightlife space onboard Virgin Voyages’ first cruise ship.
The cruise ship will also have an elevated Mexican restaurant.
Prices and itineraries for Virgin’s first cruise ship will be announced at a later date.
