Carnival Cruise Line continues to give back in local communities where their cruise ships are based around the country.
Recently, the cruise line hosted over 200 children from the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Florida while two cruise ships, Carnival Sunshine and Carnival Liberty, were docked in Port Canaveral, Florida.
The unforgettable day of fun included amazing magic shows, behind-the-scenes tours and delicious lunches with appearances by popular Dr. Seuss characters that are part of the line’s Seuss at Sea program operated exclusively with Dr. Seuss Enterprises. The events culminated with ship tours that provided the youngsters an opportunity to view massive water parks, top-rated children’s facilities and other kid-friendly spaces. The children also had a chance to talk to Carnival Cruise Line personnel and shipboard team members to learn more about life on board and the overall maritime industry.
Carnival is the Space Coast’s number one cruise operator with three year-round cruise ships carrying 600,000 guests a year – the most in cruising.
