Carnival Cruise Line introduced two changes today: new all-inclusive packages called FunPacks, and dynamic pricing for WiFi and beverage packages.

Dynamic Pricing
Starting on December 1, 2026, Carnival Cruise Line is changing how WiFi plans and beverage packages are priced. They will no longer have a flat rate per day across all Carnival cruises.
The prices for WiFi and beverage packages will begin to vary based on how long the cruise is, the itinerary, and the season. Carnival cruisers can likely expect to pay more for WiFi and beverage packages during short cruises and during the peak cruise periods.
In addition to this new dynamic pricing, Carnival has introduced FunPacks. FunPacks replace Value Packages the cruise line has been offering with a new social pack that includes a little of everything. They are all-inclusive add-ons that can save cruisers up to 55%.
The new CHEERS! Social includes unlimited non-alcoholic drinks and three alcoholic drinks per day. This is something Carnival cruisers who don’t drink a lot have been asking for.
Carnival FunPacks:
- Kidstarter: $25 per person, per day
- Zero Proof: $50 per person, per day
- Social: $60 per day, per person
- Epic: $99 per day, per person

Carnival FunPacks can be purchased through October 30, 2026, through My Cruise Manager on Carnival.com on cruises that depart between October 31, 2026, and the end of 2027.
Carnival Cruise Line said that these new packages create greater flexibility and more options for its cruisers to choose from.
Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line, gave the following statement about the cruise line’s new FunPacks:
“We’re excited to launch FunPacks, our largest collection of packages to date, making it easier for guests to bundle the experiences they enjoy the most and save money.”
