Norwegian Cruise Line has opened bookings for its final Prima Class ship, Norwegian Bella. Norwegian Bella will debut in May 2028, offering seven-night cruises in Europe from Barcelona, Spain.

The 170,000 gross ton cruise ship will accommodate 3,921 guests and join sister ship, Norwegian Aura, as the largest in Norwegian Cruise Line’s fleet.
NCL said that the ship will offer similar experiences that will be available on Norwegian Aura. Both ships are currently under construction by Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri.
Elevated experiences that will be offered on Norwegian Bella include Ocean Heights and Ocean Boulevard.
Ocean Heights

Ocean Heights will span decks 18 through 21 as a multi-level, open-air complex that transforms throughout the day, serving as a sun-soaked playground by afternoon that evolves into a vibrant social hub under the stars with immersive lighting and LED projections at night.
Adventure seekers will be able to race side-by-side on Eclipse Racers, take the plunge on the Bella Free Fall waterslide, or experience The Wave, a pendulum-style raft slide accommodating up to four riders.
For the ultimate adrenaline rush, cruisers can brave The Drop, the signature Prima Class dry slide that sends guests speeding down 10 decks in a matter of seconds.
Ocean Boulevard

Ocean Boulevard will wrap around the entire ship on Deck 8 and will serve as the signature Prima Class promenade. It will have everything from hot tubs to an outdoor bar.
Infinity Beach will have infinity swimming pools and upscale daybeds.
It will also have dedicated spaces for young cruisers. Little Explorers’ Cay will have a playhouse and slides for kids ages two to six.
Adventure Alley will be for kids ages six to 10. It’s an immersive playground filled with crawl spaces, winding tunnels, and imaginative ocean-inspired adventures.
Teens will be able to claim their own hangout at Surf’s Bay, a contemporary retreat with a striking surf wall photo installation for the best selfies at sea.
Expanded Pool Deck

The pool deck on Norwegian Bella will be 15% larger than on sister ships. The top deck will have an Aqua Park and reimagined splash pad.
Nearby the pools will be two family-fun waterslides. The Party Slide is a wide and shallow slide perfect for families and friends to enjoy together, and Infinity Loop is a figure-eight slide.
Guests looking for more sun-soaked fun with beautiful views of the ocean can enjoy ample lounging and outdoor lawn games at Horizon Park on deck 19.
Vibe Beach Club will be an adults-only experience with infinity hot tubs, a central oceanfront bar, and relaxation areas.
Marc Kazlauskas, president of Norwegian Cruise Line, gave the following statement about this new ship:
“Norwegian Bella marks a milestone moment in our fleet as the culmination of our award-winning Prima Class. Drawing on the innovations and guest feedback that have shaped the class from the very beginning, Norwegian Bella brings together our most sought-after experiences in one extraordinary ship.
“From enhanced outdoor spaces and family-friendly attractions to elevated venues for relaxation and connection, every detail has been thoughtfully designed to give guests the freedom and flexibility to vacation exactly how they want to, without anyone having to compromise. We look forward to welcoming guests to discover the Mediterranean with us aboard Norwegian Bella.”
