We are currently on the first full day of our week long river cruise with Viking Cruises. For the next seven days, we will be sailing up the Danube River visiting the Christmas markets and visiting a number of UNESCO World Heritage sites along the way. We left Budapest, Hungary this morning and will end our cruise in Nuremberg, Germany at the end of the week. We would like to thank Viking Cruises for the invitation to join this #VikingSocial trip. For our first post of the trip, we would like to take you on a photo tour of our Viking Longship, Viking Atla.

The next three photos are of the Lounge, the main social gathering spot on the ship. Last night we were treated to live Christmas music from a local group from Budapest, they were incredible.
Aquavit Terrace is located at the front of the ship and offers a light buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Two different coffee stations are available 24 hours a day that offer coffee, cappuccinos, mochaccinos, latte macchiatos, hot chocolate, and hot water for tea.
