Kokomo Ailand will be a private floating habitat that will offer incomparable features and entertainment combined with state of the art amenities and the flair of an exotic island. While the price tag has yet to be announced, the island will have the following features:
- 8 Azipods for a top speed of 8 knots.
- Owner’s Penthouse located 250 feet above the ocean with a glass bottom jacuzzi.
- Jungle Deck: Pool with waterfall and cocktail bars. Palm trees and exotic plants will make up the vertical gardens that will offer privacy and intimacy.
- Spa Deck: Gym, massage and beauty salons.
- Mesmerizing night illumination for relaxation or entertainment.
- Outdoor entertainment will include waterfalls, laser shows, an outdoor cinema, outdoor stage, dance floor, underwater elevator for shark feeding, and underwater dining saloon.
- Garden Deck will offer relaxing, outdoor dining.
- Beach Deck will have an entertainment pool with pool bar and barbecue area. Elevator will go down through the pool to the Beach Club.
- VIP & Guest Deck will include private balconies with infinity pools.
- Owner’s Penthouse, 4 VIP suites, and 6 guest suites.
- Helipad for fast arrivals and departures.
- Four tender bays for limo tenders and submarines.
