Princess Cruises has announced that they will be added an all new family style specialty restaurant through a new partnership with celebrity chef Curtis Stone. He is a New York Times bestselling author and esteemed restaurateur.
This new family style restaurant will be called Share and will be dedicated to a dining experience that encourages connecting with others. The menu will include gourmet salads, handmade pastas, premium meat and seafood fresh off the grill, and a variety of decadent desserts.
While the price of Share has not yet been announced, the restaurant will make its debut on Ruby Princess in December. It will be then rolled out to Emerald Princess, Coral Princess, and Sun Princess in early 2016. Share will take the place of Sabatini’s on all ships except Sun Princess where it will replace the pizzeria.
In addition to Share, passengers on all 18 Princess cruise ships will have the opportunity to savor fresh new cuisine designed by Chef Stone in the main dining room each day of their cruise. This will include regional flavors that will reflect the destinations visited on their cruise. For the ultimate onboard dining experience, passengers can choose to dine at Chef’s Table by Curtis Stone. This multi coarse meal promises to offer an unique and intimate experience prepared by the Executive Chef onboard.
