Video: Divers Take You Inside The Costa Concordia

The Telegraph has released video footage from inside the Costa Concordia cruise ship that hit a reef off of the coast of Italy in January 2012.

The video below was taken by Italian divers and gives the public the first look at the eerie staircases, empty lounges, the ship’s atrium, as well as the outside of the half sunken cruise ship.  The video was taken in September 2013 after the luxury cruise liner was parbuckled.

The cruise ship is scheduled to be floated and towed to a salvage yard later this month where the vessel will be scrapped.  The 150 mile trip to the salvage yard will take approximately 5 days.
