Florida Today is reporting about a Florida couple who will be taking their 100th cruise on the Carnival Sensation (all since 2003) this Sunday from Port Canaveral.
Bernard and Janice Caffary are from Lakeland, Florida have taken over 180 cruises in their lifetime. Out of those 180 cruises, 99 have been on the Carnival Sensation, 42 on other Carnival cruise ships, and another 40 on other cruise lines (Norwegian, Princess, Royal Caribbean, Holland America, and Celebrity). No other Carnival passenger in the history of the cruise line has cruised this many times on one ship.
Why do the Caffarys cruise so much on the Carnival Sensation? They told Florida Today that they enjoy interacting with the crew onboard, attending the shows, and for the food. They spend most of their cruises on the ship and rarely get off of the ship at ports. Cruising on the Carnival Sensation in the near future and you want to spot them? Just look for the “I give crew hugs” buttons that they both wear.
