The world’s largest cruise ship, Royal Caribbean’s Legend of the Seas, will arrive in Florida for the first time later this week.
The 248,663 gross ton cruise ship is currently crossing the Atlantic Ocean and is scheduled to arrive at Port Everglades in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, on Saturday, November 7, 2026.

The cruise ship will remain at Port Everglades for one full day to give the crew time to go through customs. On Sunday, the ship will sail its maiden voyage from Florida, a three-night cruise to The Bahamas. The ship debuted this summer and has been sailing in Europe ever since. You can see cruises offered on the ship here.
Cruise Fever will be on the three-night cruise to The Bahamas on Legend of the Seas that departs November 7. We will be posting live photos and videos from the cruise on X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
The ship will be officially christened and named on November 11 by retired U.S. Air Force Gen. Lori J. Robinson. The ship will then sail one more three-night cruise before starting six- and eight-night cruises to the Caribbean for the winter season.
