As Carnival Cruise Line works on their plan for their gradual restart of cruises from U.S. ports, the cruise line will delay three ships from returning to service until they go into dry dock.
Carnival Cruise Line has set the dry dock schedule for Carnival Magic, Carnival Paradise, and Carnival Valor. All three cruise ships will go into dry dock next year and not return to service until then.
The following are the new dates for cancelations on the three Carnival ships:
- Carnival Magic – All cruises canceled up to and including the September 24, 2021 sailing
- Carnival Paradise – All cruises canceled up to and including the May 31, 2021 sailing
- Carnival Valor – All cruises canceled up to and including the September 11, 2021 sailing
Guests who were booked on one of these newly canceled cruises can choose a full refund or a future cruise credit that comes with generous onboard credit.
Cruise ships go into dry dock at least once every five years for general maintenance. Cruise lines many times add new features and upgrades to the ships while they are out of service.
Carnival Cruise Line currently has all cruises canceled through the end of February 2021.
