Effective May 21, 2020, travel agents will no longer be able to use the Advisor-Assisted Check-In option and it will no longer be supported via CruisingPower.com.

From now on, Royal Caribbean cruise passengers who book their cruise through a travel agent will have to complete their own Guest Self Check-In either through the cruise line’s app or directly on RoyalCaribbean.com.

  • Create a Guest Account or log into an existing account, if available
  • Provide contact information for each sailing guest
  • Scan your passports, upload a self-photo, and complete all requested fields to generate each guest’s SetSail Pass
  • Setup onboard expense account
