Norwegian Cruise Line has extended their Peace of Mind cancellation policy and now includes all cruises through November 30, 2020.
Norwegian Cruise Line will now allow you to cancel any cruise through November 30, 2020 up until 48 hours before sailing. If you choose to cancel, you will receive a Future Cruise Credit equal to the amount you paid that can be used for any cruise through 2022.
For all cruises December 1 and beyond, you can cancel up to 4 months before your sailing and receive a full refund under Norwegian Cruise Line’s regular cancellation policy.
This update applies to all non-chartered cruises through November 30, 2020.
Peace of Mind is the NCL’s new temporary policy that allows new and existing (non-charter) individual and group bookings (booked by July 31, 2020) embarking through and including November 30, 2020 to cancel their booking up until 48 hours from the start of their vacation date and receive a 100% future cruise credit (FCC).
The FCC may be used for sailings that embark on or before December 31, 2022. The new booking must be made within one year of the cancellation date.
All future cruise credits must be redeemed within one year from issue date and can be used for sailings departing on or before December 31, 2022. FCCs can be used for any purchase other than an onboard credit (OBC).
