Royal Caribbean Launching New Platform Replacing Cruise Planner

Royal Caribbean is launching a new platform on one of their cruise ships that will replace Cruise Planner.  My Royal Cruise will be a one-site stop for all of your vacation needs and will first debut onboard Mariner of the Seas this October.

The My Royal Cruise platform is the new, enhanced and more intuitive platform for you to plan your cruise experiences on Royal Caribbean. It will replace the existing Cruise Planner platform on a roll out schedule beginning with Mariner of the Seas departures that sail October 15, 2021 and beyond.

If you are booked on other cruise ships and/or sail date ranges, you will still see the prior Cruise Planner interface when you begin planning your pre-cruise purchases. The cruise line plans to steadily expand My Royal Cruise to additional ships and sailing windows at a later date.

You will be able to view and purchase the following for your cruise with My Royal Cruise:

  • Shore excursions
  • Beverage packages
  • Internet packages
  • Dining reservations
  • Spa treatments
  • Onboard activities & more

Other great features of My Royal Cruise include securely stored credit card information for faster purchasing, plus a weekly planner view to easily glance at your daily schedule.

You will be able to use a combination of your onboard credit and credit card to make your reservations for your cruise.

If you’re sailing onboard Mariner of the Seas departing October 2021 and beyond, you will see this new platform now, with all your existing bookings seamlessly and automatically transferred.
