Two weeks ago, Princess Cruises modified their cancellation policy as part of the cruise line’s Cruise with Confidence program.
Now, the cruise line is making that cancellation policy even more flexible and enhancing it so you can make the best decision for your cruise. The new cancellation policy from Princess Cruises is now as follows:
Cancel up to 48 hours prior for cruises sailing May 11—July 31, 2020
Princess Cruises will resume cruise operations on May 11, 2020. Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to sailing (previously 72 hours) and you will receive a Future Cruise Credit for the amount of your cancellation fee. This option has been extended to cruises sailing through July 31, 2020 (previously May 31, 2020).
Cancel up to 30 days prior for cruises sailing August 1—October 15, 2020
For guests booked by April 30, 2020, cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior for departures from August 1—October 15, 2020 and will receive a Future Cruise Credit for the amount of the cancellation fee.
Princess will protect Travel Advisor Commission!
Effective immediately (and retroactive to March 6, 2020) for existing and new bookings and for sailings through October 15, 2020, Princess will protect full commissions (base plus applicable override) for bookings that are paid in full and cancelled within final payment.
