MSC is still not taking the Coronavirus serious. I have requested a allowing a cancellation or a rebooking of our March 15, 2020 cruise on the Meraviglia. But we have been denied. My mother-in-law is 83 and has a heart condition and her friend is 85 years old. I am 67 with AFIB controlled by medication. Vice President Pence has recommended that seniors with these concerns not travel, so we will lose $715 per cabin for total of $1430, I paid for the four of us.
The other cruise lines have changed their cancellation policies to allow for these circumstances, but not MSC, unless you are going to the Mediterranean cruise.
WOW Thank you MSC – shows me you are not really concerned for your passengers. Makes me wonder how well you will handle the testing at embarkation.
