“Free Cruise” Phone Call Could Get You Up To $900 From Class Action Lawsuit

Have you ever received a phone call offering you a free cruise?  If so, you may be eligible for up to $900 in cash as part of a class action lawsuit.

If you received a call between July 2009 and March 2014 offering you a free cruise with Carnival Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, or Norwegian Cruise Line from a resort marketing group, you may be entitled to some cash.  A class action lawsuit has been filed against the group for violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

To see if you are eligible for up to $900, you can enter your phone number here.  All claims must be submitted by November 3, 2017.

Note: This is not a lawsuit against the cruise lines, but rather a 3rd party group who was making automated calls saying that you won a free cruise.
