Four Carnival Cruise Ships Add Sushi Venues

Four Carnival Cruise Line cruise ships have added a new pop-up sushi venue that follows the success of the popular Bonsai Sushi restaurant that is already featured on several of their cruise ships.

The stand-alone eateries are located on Lido Deck and offer variety of sushi, sashimi and rolls on an a la carte basis.  Diners place their order at the counter, given a pager, and then paged when their food is ready. The venue has now been added to Carnival Conquest, Carnival Valor, Carnival Liberty, and Carnival Glory.
