Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship, Disney Treasure, arrived in the U.S. for the first time today when the vessel visited Port Canaveral.

Disney Treasure will enter service on December 21, 2024, a seven-night cruise to the Eastern Caribbean.
But first, the ship will head to New York City where it will be officially named and christened on November 19, 2024. The event will be livestreamed on the Disney Parks Blog.
Disney Treasure is the latest Triton class ship from Disney Cruise Line. The theme of the ship is adventure and the vessel tells stories from Disney, Marvel, Pixar and Star Wars.
Spaces on board Disney Treasure will invite guests to:
- Venture to the imaginary town square of Santa Cecilia in the world’s first theatrical dining experience themed to the Disney and Pixar film, “Coco”
- Indulge in themed cocktails at venues inspired by the iconic Disney Parks attractions, the Haunted Mansion, Jungle Cruise and “20,000 Leagues Under the Sea”
- Hop into a sweet shop reminiscent of Disney’s “Zootopia”
- Embark on a tale across land and sea during the Broadway-style production, “Disney The Tale of Moana”

Capt. John Murray, Port Canaveral CEO, gave the following statement:
“Disney Cruise Line has been a longtime partner of Port Canaveral, and we’re thrilled to welcome this newest addition to its fleet which will provide guests with unforgettable vacation experiences.
“Disney Treasure is the latest chapter of the continued growth at our Port, and we couldn’t be prouder and more honored to serve as the homeport for this amazing ship.”
Disney Treasure will homeport at Port Canaveral, Florida sailing week-long cruises to the Eastern and Western Caribbean.
