Here are seven things that only a Carnival Cruise Line passenger can do.

Choose From 15 Embarkation Ports in the U.S.

Carnival Cruise Line offers cruises from 15 different embarkation ports in the U.S., that is more than any other cruise line. The more embarkation ports a cruise line offers, the less distance you have to travel to get to your next cruise.  This can save you money on airfare, gas, and time.

Embarkation ports include Baltimore, Charleston, Fort Lauderdale, Galveston, Jacksonville, Los Angeles, Miami, New Orleans, Port Canaveral, Tampa, Honolulu, Mobile, New York, Norfolk, and Seattle.

Enjoy a Guy’s Burger

Let’s be honest for a moment, Guy’s Burger Joint offers the best burger at sea.  In fact, there are many Carnival cruisers who will only cruise on a ship that has one.  Thankfully, Carnival is adding them to cruise ships that don’t currently have one when they go into dry dock.

Pay to Cut Lines

Who wants to wait in line while on a cruise?  Well, no one does.  Carnival offers a program called “Faster to the Fun” (aka FTTF) that gives you special privileges for a small price ($50-80).  You get priority boarding, your cabin is ready when you board the ship, you receive priority tendering, and have your own special line at guest services.  At the end of your cruise, breeze off the ship with priority disembarkation.

Faster to the Fun is so popular, it is often sold out six or more months in advance. If FTTF is sold out for your cruise, keep checking.  Carnival has been known to open additional spots closer to each sailing.

Watch an IMAX Movie

Carnival is the only cruise line to offer an IMAX at sea on their Vista class ships.

Get a Full Refund After You Are Onboard

Not that you would want to get off the ship after you board, but Carnival Cruise Line offers the Great Vacation Guarantee. If you are not happy with your cruise within the first 24 hours, Carnival will give you a 110% refund and fly you home (on their dime). You can read more about that here.

Enjoy Widest Selection of Cruises to the Caribbean

Carnival Cruise Line offers the widest selection of cruises to the Caribbean out of all of the cruise lines.  The Caribbean is the #1 cruise destination in the world and rightfully so.

The four, five, six, seven, and eight night cruise options offered by Carnival give you a ton of options when choosing a cruise.  Life is all about options, and Carnival gives you just that.

  1. I bought the FTF and was told to go away when I went to my cabin. Did not get early boarding or debarkation.
Be careful with the layaway plan, they do charge a fee to use it.
