Carnival Cruise Line continues to roll out their pizza delivery service where you can get a pizza delivered to just about wherever you are on a Carnival ship.
The service is now available on 19 Carnival cruise ships with the service soon being rolled out to the remaining few ships in their fleet.
The latest three cruise ships where this service has been added are:
- Carnival Splendor
- Carnival Inspiration
- Carnival Imagination
While the pizza is free, there is a $5 delivery charge does that not include an optional tip. To order a pizza, guests use Carnival Cruise Line’s free HUB App to choose the pizza that they want and where on the ship they want the pizza delivered. They then take a selfie to identify themselves. The pizza can even be delivered to staterooms.
The pizzas are from the cruise line’s Pizzeria del Capitano which is open 24 hours a day. Hand-tossed dough, made from imported Italian flour, plus fresh mozzarella form a solid base, and a choice of toppings put the finishing touches on this piping hot, fresh-from-the-oven mealtime — or anytime — classic.
Five hand-tossed pizzas are available: margherita, funghi, prosciutto, pepperoni and quattro formaggi.
The cruise line is also working on a pilot program where the pizza delivery will include beverages.
Carnival Cruise Line’s Hub App is designed to serve as a one-stop-shop for making the Carnival vacation experience seamless and convenient from beginning to end, allowing guests to track daily happenings on board, view food, beverage and entertainment offerings, chat with family and friends, follow the ship’s route in real time, and access their Sail & Sign account.
