Royal Caribbean’s latest mega cruise ship, Anthem of the Seas, will arrive in her new homeport of Cape Liberty, New Jersey in two days. This is the 2nd Quantum class ship from the cruise line, the most technologically advanced cruise ships in the world.
Royal Caribbean has released an interesting infographic of Anthem of the Seas. The ship is longer than 5 Boeing 747 jetliners and the 4 bow thrusters produce 4,694 horsepower each. The North Star is almost the same height as the Statue of Liberty and the recycled class from the ship’s inaugural season is equal to the weight of 162 New York City taxi cabs.
