Carnival Cruise Line has announced that the popular Guy Fieri’s Pig and Anchor Smokehouse Bar-B-Que will be rolling to several more cruise ships in the next year.
The popular smokehouse bar-b-que by iconic American restaurateur Guy Fieri debuted on Carnival Magic earlier this year. This complimentary eatery has been a smashing success and will be added to Carnival’s newest cruise ship, Carnival Vista, by the time the ship arrives in New York in November. In addition to Carnival Vista, Carnival Breeze and Carnival Dream will both receive the Pig & Anchor Smokehouse in 2017.
The venue features something rarely found on cruise ships, an actual wood smoker. The eatery features authentic favorites like Championship Pork Butt and Blue Ribbon Chicken, along with delicious sides including Mac Daddy Mac n’ Cheese and Scratch-Made Cole Slaw. Below is a menu for the smokehouse.
Diners can spice up their dishes with Fieri’s signature BBQ sauces, including Award-Winning Brown Sugar (sweet and sticky), Kansas City (smoky and sweet), and Sriracha BBQ (spicy and tangy) and Carolina #6 (tangy with sweet heat). A hot sauce bar, as well as a wide range of ice-cold beers and sodas, will be available, as well.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of BBQ favorites smoked right on board over hickory and cherry wood.
Guy Fieri continues to build his partnership with Carnival Cruise Line. Guy’s Burger Joint, also a complimentary eatery that can be found on over half of Carnival’s ships, serves up to 100,000 burgers each week, the most popular burger at sea.
I wish Carnival would have a Guy’s on EVERY ship!!!
