Savannah Bananas Hosting 2nd Cruise Due to Popular Demand

The first Bananaland at Sea cruise earlier this year was so popular, the Savannah Bananas will host a second one in 2026.

The Bananaland at Sea 2 cruise will depart from Tampa, Florida on February 9, 2026. It will be a four-night cruise on Norwegian Jewel that visits Cozumel, Mexico and will have two sea days.

Bookings opened to Bananaland at Sea Alumni on March 24 and will continue through March 27. After a couple rounds of presale, bookings will open to the general public on April 2, 2025 at 2:00 pm (EST).

Deposits for the cruise are just $100 per person as long as the cruise is booked by June 9.

The Savannah Bahamas are hailed by ESPN as “the Greatest Show in Sports”. The Bananas, Party Animals, Firefighters and Texas Tailgaters will be up to their usual antics on the cruise.

From singing and dancing to banana tossing and trick play ripping, the cruise is promising to be a never-ending wave of fun from the second you come aboard.

Highlights and special activities on the cruise are:

  • Party Animals After Dark: Silent Disco (as well as an earlier kids version, Party Animals Before Dark)
  • Banana Ball Jeopardy
  • Banana SPL-HITT classes
  • Karaoke
  • Swag Swap
  • Exclusive panel opportunities

Prices for the cruise start as follows, per person based on double occupancy:

  • Inside cabins – $1,150
  • Oceanview – $1,400
  • Balcony – $1.925
  • Club Balcony Suites – $2,245
  • Suites – $3,300
  • The Haven – $4,500
