Royal Caribbean will begin offering a series of cruises to nowhere out of Singapore beginning on December 1, 2020. Royal Caribbean will be the second cruise line to resume cruises out of the port.
Royal Caribbean will offer two to four night cruises out of Singapore on Quantum of the Seas. The cruise ship will remain at sea for the duration of the cruises that are planned from December 2020 through March 2021.
The cruise line is calling these cruises “Ocean Getaway Cruises” and are perfect for those who just want to get away and enjoy some time at sea. Quantum of the Seas will be the first Royal Caribbean cruise ship to head out to sea since Navigator of the Seas departed from Miami on March 13, 2020.
Royal Caribbean will test each passenger before they board the cruise ship and the cruise line is adding in other safety measures as well.
The cruise ship will sail at reduced capacity (no more than 50%) giving each guest more space. The vessel will offer 100% fresh, filtered air and medical grade cleaning standards will be offered on board.
Royal Caribbean has updated the medical facilities with more nurses and doctors and has added in new state-of-the-art equipment enhancements.
Royal Caribbean is currently offering buy one, get the second guest at 50% off. Additional savings include up to $300 in instant savings and kids sail for free.
