Royal Caribbean is upgrading the check-in experience for cruises on their three cruise lines: Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, and Azamara.
As of May 6, 2019, there are now two different ways that you can check-in for your cruise on the Royal Caribbean’s three cruise lines.
Guest Self Check-In
Skip the line by downloading the Royal Caribbean App, available for both IOS and Android. Good on all three cruise lines, you can check-in for your cruise using the app by scanning your passport, uploading a photo, and completing the requested fields. You can also setup you onboard expense account.
This quick and easy process grants eligibility for the Expedited Arrival benefit to you and also supports mobile boarding passes, where applicable. Should you prefer not to download the respective app on your Mobile device, the Guest Self Check-in process can also be completed by accessing the relevant cruise brand’s website.
*Note: The Expedited Arrival benefit is only available on select cruise ships.
Travel Agent Assisted Check-in
Starting Monday, May 6th, partners can access Check-in via CruisingPower.com for Celebrity Cruises and Azamara. This feature will becoming soon to Royal Caribbean.
They simply sign into CruisingPower.com, select Booking Tool, and click check-in for the respective cruise line. Once they input the requested information, they can forward you your SetSail Pass and luggage tags.
*Note: This path is not eligible for the new Expedited Arrival and mobile boarding pass benefits. This option requires that you proceed with the traditional process at the pier, seeking assistance from a Pier Agent at the Check-in counter.
