Over the past few weeks, Carnival Cruise Line has relocated their four newest cruise ships to new homeports. All four cruise ships are now sailing to the most popular cruise destination in the world, the Caribbean.
Carnival Magic, Carnival Breeze, Carnival Vista, and Carnival Horizon are all now sailing from new homeports from Galveston, Texas to Miami, Florida. Here is a rundown of where each cruise ship is now sailing from and the cruises that are offered on each vessel.
Carnival Magic
Carnival Magic has relocated from Port Canaveral to Miami, Florida and will sail its first cruise from Miami on September 30, 2018. The ship will sail seven night cruises to the Eastern and Western Caribbean.
The cruises to the Western Caribbean will stop in the ports of Cozumel, Belize, Roatan, and Grand Cayman. Cruises to the Eastern Caribbean will stop in Grand Turk, St. Thomas, San Juan, and Amber Cove. View Prices on Cruises on Carnival Magic
Carnival Breeze
Carnival Breeze relocated to Port Canaveral, Florida on September 30, 2018.
Now that the cruise ship is in Port Canaveral, the vessel will offer a variety of six, seven, and also a 14 night cruise to the Caribbean. Itineraries will rotate between the Eastern and Western Caribbean for the seven night cruises. View Prices on Cruises on Carnival Breeze
Carnival Vista
Carnival Vista has relocated from Miami, Florida to Galveston, Texas. The ship’s first cruise out of Galveston departed on September 23 and is now sailing seven night cruises to the Western Caribbean.
The ship offers two different itineraries from Galveston. The first will visit Cozumel, Grand Cayman, and Montego Bay, Jamaica. The second itinerary will offer port stops in Cozumel, Belize, and Roatan. Both itineraries will also have three fun days at sea. View Prices on Cruises on Carnival Vista
Carnival Horizon
Carnival Horizon, Carnival Cruise Line’s newest and largest cruise ship, arrived in the Cruise Capital of the World, PortMiami on September 20. Carnival Cruise Line’s CFO (Chief Fun Officer) Shaquille O’Neal was onboard to kick off a larger than life celebration. The celebration featured a flyover by the Carnival AirShip and the unveiling of a large Choose Fun bumper sticker on the ship’s stern.
Now that Carnival Horizon is in Miami, the ship will sail a combination of six and eight night cruises to the Caribbean. The six night cruises will sail to the Western Caribbean while the eight night cruises will head to the Eastern and Southern Caribbean. View Prices on Cruises on Carnival Horizon
