The awards were selected by a panel of cruise experts from Cruise Critic, the world’s largest cruise reviews site and online cruise community, based on first-hand experience and cruise industry knowledge.
Carnival earned “Best Service” honors for three years running for providing friendly and attentive service from its 40,000 team members fleetwide who serve nearly 6 million guests annually.

Carnival the Best? Really? It may be the least expensive (read cheap) but I’d rather spend a little more and sail HAL or Princess. Even though Carnival Corporation owns all 3 lines, the level of service and food differs greatly. Carnival ships are known as party ships and you dodge the kids and drunks at all hours, especially during spring break and summer. On HAL and Princess, you dodge the walkers and scooters. You pays your money and you takes your chances.
