The new “manage booking” option on GoCCL has simplified steps, a sleek and modern look and feel and mobile-friendly capabilities, making it even easier than ever for advisors to easily manage their clients’ bookings.
The enhancements include updates to how advisors manage rate codes, stateroom categories, booking cancelations and dining times.
Based on travel advisor feedback, these features complement the site’s wide range of industry-leading options, including FIT and Group booking tools, easy-to-use cruise search and rate and stateroom information, while agents enjoy the advantage of the site’s award-winning training and rewards program.

The enhanced “manage booking” user interface is part of Carnival’s end-to-end redesign of GoCCL Navigator that has also included FIT booking and group berthing capabilities and the introduction of the GoCCL Navigator dashboard, providing quick access to Be the Hero upgrades for travel advisors’ clients.
