Cruise lines continue to add more specialty dining options onboard their cruise ships. Carnival Cruise Line is testing new dining options at Alchemy Bar on their two newest and largest cruise ships.
Carnival Cruise Line is piloting new small plate dining options at the Alchemy Bars on Carnival Vista and Carnival Horizon.
The tantalizing new choices – called Alchemy Bar Snacks – include a trio of oysters with mignonette, roasted berries and pickled scallion, Ahi Poke with whipped avocado, sesame, koshihikari rice and ponzu wakame, Crispy Shrimp with sriracha aioli and chive dressing and a Smoked Brisket Slider with parmesan truffle fries. Each dish is $4.
These pair perfectly with Alchemy Bar’s hand-crafted libations like the Island Old Fashioned, Cucumber Sunrise or The Perfect Storm which are created by lab-coated mixologists at the popular cocktail pharmacy-themed lounge.
The new offerings are being tested and may be added to menus on the two cruise ships once the pilot phase is completed.
