Carnival Cruise Line Adds Pre-Cruise Photo Packages

Carnival Cruise Line is now offering pre-cruise photo packages that can save you anywhere from $50- $450.  These new photo packages are available on all 25 Carnival cruise ships and must be purchased prior to the cruise.

Carnival’s Pixel Photo Pre-Cruise Packages can be ordered online on the Funshop on Carnival’s website.  You can also order by calling the Fun Shops department at 1-800-522-7648.  Carnival is offering the following three packages:

Pixels $99.99 – You can choose your best five photos from your Carnival cruise, and also receive a 16″ x 20″ canvas portrait.  This is a $50 savings from purchasing the photos à la carte.

Pixels Plus $199.99 – All the photos you can get.  This is a $200 savings based on purchasing more than 18 photos on board.

Pixels Plus Digital  $249.99 – All the photos you can get, you will also receive digital files of the photos.  This is a $450 savings based on purchasing more than 33 photos.

Photos purchased on the ship can range from $11.99 to $14.99 (5×7), pro portraits are $21.99 each (8×10), and cruise collectibles (embarkation, dining room, and gangway photos) range from $14.99 to $17.99 each.

The packages are only available for presale and cannot be purchased on the ship.  Carnival Cruise Line has the following listed on their website that should answer many questions anyone might have about this new package.

Photo prints provided will be in original size only. Photos of others in your group not staying in your stateroom are not included in the package.

Large group photos (10 or more), weddings, renewals, Quinceañera, special events, Sweet 16, generic ship images or Dreams Studio images are not included.

Private photo shoot requests, additional prints, canvas prints, metal prints, additional editing or tour images when off the vessel in port are not included.

Photos should be collected daily and given to photo staff to place in your dedicated folder.  All photos collected throughout the cruise must be picked up on the last sea day before 1:00pm to allow time for digital images to be burned.

Any images taken on the last evening of the cruise will be available in print format only and will not include the digital image.
No refunds or exchanges on package purchases.

All photos must be redeemed in the Pixels Photo Gallery.  All photos must be redeemed during the cruise. Photos cannot be redeemed post cruise.

  1. I was on the Liberty ship January 14th through the 18th of this year. Me and my family took several pictures and the pictures disappeared half of them. Carnival needs to do a different way of locating your pictures I can’t see why they don’t do it like Disney they take your cellcard put it in a machine and the pictures are linked to your room number or your / 4000 number and then you can go view your pictures on the computer and pick your pictures from that I think that is so much easier than printing out the pictures put them on a wall when people come and look they’re moving pictures all over the place you can’t find them. I was really heartbroken and I wrote to this sorry to Carnival about this issue and no one from their customer care service responded to me
