Carnival Cruise Line is giving passengers staying in a Grand Suite an extra perk on their two Vista class cruise ships, Carnival Vista and Carnival Horizon.
Passengers staying in a Grand Suite on Carnival Vista and Carnival Horizon now have access to the Havana Pool Area located on Deck 5. Previously, this area was reserved only for guests staying in a Havana Stateroom or Suite. Children must be 12 years of age or older to use this area.
Located aft on Deck 5, the aft lanai ocean-air outdoor promenade and Havana Pool offer stunning views of the ocean. The Havana Pool and lanai will be for the exclusive use of guests occupying the Havana accommodations or Grand Suites until 7:00 pm daily. After 7 pm, guests staying in any stateroom on the ship can use this area.
This area features two large whirlpools, an infinity pool and relaxation area complete with colorful umbrellas, faux palm trees, thatched patio huts and comfy seating, perfect for soaking up the sun while enjoying a refreshing mojito.
This changed was confirmed by Carnival Cruise Line’s Brand Ambassador John Heald. Heald posted the following update regarding the Havana Deck on Vista class ships:
“I just want to mention again that we have decided that the guests in the Grand Suites on Carnival Vista and Carnival Horizon will now have access to the Havana Deck providing but the age limit of 12 plus remains in full effect.”
