Carnival Cruise Line added a new Value Package on August 24, 2026, that complements its Essentials Value Package and the Ultimate Value Package.
Carnival Cruise Line first introduced Value Packages earlier this year that give cruisers discounts when buying a bundle of services on the ship.
They include everything from beverage packages to WiFi, and even discounts on specialty dining.
Carnival’s new cheapest Value Package is for kids and teens ages three through 17 and costs just $25 per person, per day. It includes the following:
- Bottomless Bubbles & Souvenir Cup
- Social WiFi plan
- 1,000 tokens for the arcade ($200 value)
- Lanyard
- 50% off bulk candy
Carnival’s Value Packages Compared
These three value packages on Carnival Cruise Line are available as add-ons through the end of September. They are good on cruises that depart from August 28 through December 31, 2026.
The Value Packages can only be purchased online before the cruise and must be purchased for the entire sailing. Guests can not pick and choose which days they want the package.
The Essentials Value Package is the only one where, if one adult in a cabin purchases it, every guest in the stateroom who is 21+ in age must also buy it.
The packages are fully refundable if canceled pre-cruise, but unused benefits are non-refundable.
Packages can also be upgraded as long as the guest does it at least 24 hours before embarkation. Carnival’s Value Packages can be booked by logging into My Cruise Manager on Carnival.com.
Carnival Cruise Line has been offering Value Packages on and off since the beginning of summer. This particular offer will run through September 30, 2026.
Carnival told Cruise Fever that similar packages may be offered again in the future.
