Celebrity Cruises Changes Pricing Format for Specialty Restaurant

Celebrity Cruises has changed the pricing format for lunch at one of their specialty restaurants.

Starting now, Le Grand Bistro will have one set fee for lunch instead of à la carte pricing.

Le Grand Bistro can be found on the following Celebrity’s Edge class ships: Celebrity Edge, Celebrity Apex, Celebrity Beyond and Celebrity Ascent.

Celebrity Cruises shared the following message about the change in pricing:

“Previously, Le Grand Bistro offered an à la carte lunch, with guests paying per item. Now, a $30 cover charge grants them access to the restaurant for lunch.”

Celebrity Cruises has the following description for Le Brand Bistro:

“Inspired by classic French bistros, we invite you to step inside and discover layers of glass, brass, blackened steel, and glazed brick that are juxtaposed against traditional cabinetry, aged plaster, and antiqued mirror. Familiar tones of fresh cream, espresso, and a robust Beaujolais red, partner with details such as faded chalkboards, tin ceilings, and aged billboard signage.

“Enjoy anything from a warm croissant to macaroons, made right on board. A signature copper espresso maker anchors the light and airy café by day, and a custom floor to ceiling wine armoire creates a glowing and romantic bistro by night. If you don’t have time to sit down, you can step up to the counter at Bistro to Go for some delicious light fare to take with you.”
