A cruise line shattered their single day bookings record yesterday when their 143 night cruise opened for bookings. This epic cruise from Regent Seven Seas Cruises will take place on their Seven Seas Mariner cruise ship.
As reservations opened for the cruise line’s longest world cruise since 2011, eager travelers took to booking as the Regent experienced the longest waitlist for a world cruise in its history, with all Penthouse Suites and above selling out almost instantly. Bookings were double compared to the 2022 world cruise.
Embarking on January 7, 2023 the 143-night world cruise will visit six continents, 42 countries, 72 ports and feature 11 overnight stays that allow travelers to visit 48 UNESCO World Heritage Sites and partake in a myriad of immersive land programs.
Highlights of the 2023 World Cruise include:
New unique shoreside experiences created exclusively for the 2023 World Cruise guests include a lively evening of cultural delights and colorful traditions at Taman Bhagawan, exploring the largest glass greenhouse in the world and discovering Namib’s rugged canyons illuminated by crackling fires and twinkling stars.
Seven brand new overland programs will include tracking leopards in Mozambique, searching for Africa’s ‘Big Five’ during an evening of big game and bold wines and exploring the Great Barrier Reef’s colorful underwater playground.
The cruise will sail a total of 38,279 miles including a full transit of the Panama Canal and the navigation of three oceans, 14 seas, straights, gulfs and channels.
Guests will have access to over 350 free excursions including entrance to 48 UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
