Carnival Sunshine is spending a season sailing out of New York City before repositioning to Port Canaveral. Once in Florida, the cruise ship will spend the winter months sailing to the Caribbean.  Originally Carnival Destiny, it was the first cruise ship in the world to cross the 100,000 gross ton mark.  The ship underwent an extensive renovation in 2013 and was renamed Carnival Sunshine.
