Norwegian Cruise Line has announced that they will be adding the popular Margaritaville to two more cruise ships this fall.
After a widely successful debut on Norwegian Escape, Norwegian Cruise Line will be adding Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville to Norwegian Getaway and Norwegian Breakaway in the next two months. Margaritaville will replace Flamingo Grill on Norwegian Getaway and will open on September 18, 2016. The restaurant will open on Norwegian Breakaway on October 9, 2016 and replace the former Uptown Grill.
Margaritaville first debuted on Norwegian Escape last fall and became one of the most popular dining venues on the ship. The menu has an à la carte pricing ranging from Cheeseburger in Paradise at $6.99 to Key Lime Pie at $3.99. Andy Stuart, the President and COO for Norwegian Cruise Line, said that with the expansion of the partnership, passengers will be to enjoy the island lifestyle before the cruise ship leaves port.
John Cohlan, chief executive officer of Margaritaville, gave the following statement:

Norwegian Breakaway, Norwegian’s first Breakaway class ship, debuted in 2013 and sails out of New York City. Norwegian Getaway debuted a year later and currently sails week long cruises to the Caribbean from Miami, Florida.
