Carnival Cruise Line is adding their popular Hub app to three more cruise ships in the next five weeks. This will bring the total number of Carnival cruise ships that have the app to 12.
Carnival’s goal is to have the app on all 25 Fun Ships in their fleet by the end of the year. The next three cruise ships to receive the app are as follows:
- Carnival Imagination (August 4)
- Carnival Valor (August 19)
- Carnival Victory (September 1)
The app has already been rolled out to Carnival Breeze, Carnival Sunshine, Carnival Freedom, Carnival Glory, Carnival Pride, Carnival Vista, Carnival Triumph, Carnival Paradise, and Carnival Ecstasy.
The popular Hub app is a free download that not only lets you chat with other friends on board, but also give fast access to everything that is happening on board. Note, a fee of $5 per device per cruise is required to activate the chat feature.
With the Hub app, you can have an easy way of tracking your Sail & Sign account, view ship maps to help you navigate the vessel, see a schedule of events so you can track all of the exciting things going on, see all of the food and drink options on board, and save your favorites so you won’t forget about an event that you want to go to.
The Hub app is available for Android and Apple devices and can be downloaded here.
It’s a shame they’re going to miss the summer cruising season with most of the ships missing the capability to use this app.
