There’s good news for Royal Caribbean cruisers who enjoy taking cruises on one of Royal Caribbean’s older cruise ships.
Royal Caribbean announced this morning that Grandeur of the Seas will now be staying in the cruise line’s fleet. They announced last fall that the cruise ship would be leaving and switching over to Pullmantur.
With uncertainty surrounding Pullmantur due to the global health crises, the cruise ship will stay with Royal Caribbean. The ship was scheduled to sail her last Royal Caribbean cruise on March 26, 2021.
Right now, the ship will sail out of Baltimore once cruises resume. Royal Caribbean will announce future itineraries for the ship at a later date.
Royal Caribbean sent out the following statement to travel agents about the ship staying in the fleet:
“With the recent news surrounding Pullmantur, Grandeur of the Seas will remain as a part of our Royal Caribbean International fleet. Once we have more information, we’ll be sure to share the details and look forward to many more memories to be made sailing on her!”
